Easy Procurement module is a part of Easy Dairy ERP. This module handles the Milk procurement data which we receive from farmers and vendors. The milk data which we receive is fully automated. In the module we can create different types of rate chart and can be assigned to any level, i.e., Farmer level, Route Level and many more levels.
In this module we can add different addition and deduction types which can be reflected in the individual farmer bill. The bill process can be done in different cycles i.e., weekly, ten days and fortnightly. Easy Procurement module has option to generate service charges for the procurement incharge, inward transport charges.
We have many reports in the system, For example, we have a Dashboard report where we provide the comparison between Automated Milk Collection Data and Chilling Centre Data, based on this report we can easily analyse the data.
This module has the option to generate the bank file which can be used to upload the same in bank site. We generate XML files which can be used to upload the same in tally for auditing purpose.
